Ingredients: Whole green beans* * = from organic agriculture ** = from biodynamic agriculture
Amount: 300 g
Storage: Store at -18°C. Once defrosted do not refreeze.

Preparation: In the pot: place the frozen green beans in a pot with boiling water, add a pinch of salt and cook for 7-9 minutes, according to taste. Drain and season to taste. In the frying pan: steam the frozen product in a frying pan with some oil at a mean temperature. Stir from time to time and season to taste.
Production: Coming directly from the field, bio inside products are immediately deep-frozen to preserve all their important vitamins and flavours.
