Biodynamically farmed organic potaoe wedges. Fresh from the farm to being frozen within 3 hours.
Potatoes** (88%), rapeseed oil*, potato starch*, sea salt, potato flakes*, onion powder* * = from organic agriculture ** = from biodynamic agriculture
Oven: Preheat the oven to 220°C (fan-assisted oven 200°C). Spread the deep-frozen hash browns over the hot baking tray (using baking paper). Bake in the middle of the oven for about 15-18 min. Turn them over once or twice while baking; Deep-fryer: Preheat the fat to 170°C. Place the deep-frozen hash browns in the basket and fry for about 6 min until golden brown; Frying-pan: Heat oil in the pan. Place the deep-frozen hash browns in the pan and let them fry at medium heat until golden brown.
Storage information Store at -18°C. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
