Biodynamically farmed organic potaoe wedges. Fresh from the farm to being frozen within 3 hours.
Ingredients Potatoes, sunflower oil
Preparation in the oven: preheat the oven to 200 °C (fan-assisted oven 180 °C). Spread the deep-frozen potato wedges over the hot baking tray in one single layer (using baking paper). Bake in the middle of the oven for 20-25 min., according to taste. Turn them over once or twice while baking. In the pan: heat oil in the pan. Place the deep-frozen potato wedges in the pan and let them fry for 8-10 min. at medium heat until golden brown. Season to taste.
Storage information Store at -18°C. Once defrosted do not refreeze.
